Re: June Successful Marketing Newsletter

After reading the newletter, I guess where you farm makes a difference on profit on grains.  I am still at $3.79 on corn here, so the profit would be none.

The question that was not answered:  Why is the market on a up swing?  Seems the corn is looking good and beans too. My  personal reason demand has not slowed or actual increase for low price grains and money is now flowing into grain contracts.

farmer46,

It always depends upon your own farm's location, financial status, ownership status, leverage amounts, risk tolerance, etc.

On price outlook, I think you are on to something.

Re: June Successful Marketing Newsletter

I have been wondering for a while will Brexit cause grain price changes.  With vote only 2 weeks away, could the market be revealing something.  Some sources in England confirm a 80% yes vote in rural areas, and just the reverse in London. Many other countries in the pact are looking at the vote closely, so stay tuned. Major money movers are very much for no change in the status .
