My friend thinks the internet is not helping to bring about change to his people.

That is how the family I know feels ------- They here the talk and promises of democracy but are manipulated and controled totally.  They get educations with very vew jobs available.  Average guy working gets about $300 per month and barely survives.  

Government provides education free and medical care ------ if you can wait a few weeks or months----- they see government with the attitude of the French just before the revolution.   ------------ despare.
