Re: Market funds?
Renewable fuel standards will change as soon as our domestic oil production increases. Drill baby drill, as the saying goes.

Re: Market funds?
Ireland exports it's excess crude and they pay more at the pump than we do. domestic oil is traded on the world market and it matters not if it is Irish Oil , american oil or saudi oil. Price is established world demand and avaiable supply of refined oil. Increased refinery capacity would probably lower our price at the pump more than anything. Spot a refinery in the dakotas and utilize both domestic and canadian oil in this country.
Piping it to the south probaby destines it for export.
