It seems plausible that the country leaders are trying to paint a better picture than what's reality. I'm sure they can find a lot of reasons to do that. Meanwhile, I mentioned the other day that traders are wanting to know just how much damage is in Russia. The trader says the market has traded 40% damage, but the question is will there be even more damage. Plus, this morning, I see where even though the Russian gov't has said they will not block exports, there are others believe the consumer demand leaves open the possibilty of blocked exports.
