my marketing advice is -- this will be a fun year for the strong handed producers

i agree with Hobby on corn stocks - 7 BIL my arse - maybe 5.5-5.0 Mar 1 - probably had 3.75-3.0 same time in 2013 when USDA statistically calculated 5........

i don't wish any hardship for any of the southern WW prod, but from what i'm hearing + Palouser's reports from NW re: winterkill, have a sense it's more widespread south, as well.

...........and as far as corn technicals - yadda whatever about fill in the blank - they haven't been this strong since Jun 2012.

we had an outside week highest close since Jul 2013 - WE ARE beginning 2 up leg of this IMPULSE...............let 'em sell the planting delays or whatever the story of the day/week is in chi town - till the cows sing.....................perhaps mother nature (don't mean the weather) has a way of balancing the "traders" out (whoever you consider them to be) that raped and pillaged LAST yr - JEN

It really bothers these guys if you don't have everything sold five months before planting regardless of the price.

Not disagreeing with WCMO. Just wish I could hold on to some grain to follow somebody's marketing advice.
