Re: More moisture
SW - do we need to donate more , so our reps come out of hibernation , and speak up - ? Not possible at this point---- perfect example the rail merger and foreign purchase you mention below. Oversight approval by an independent oversight board of 5 appointed by the president, none of which show much history of qualifications for the job...... A Chicago lawyer and community organizer with experience in the inner Chicago rail system supervision and horse racing industry, three former senate staffers, one member with experience in se Pennsy. rail system has been on the committee more than one term, 3 of the 5 are appointed this year and another a year ago.

DC seems to have a bump crop of strawmen , ah excuse me strawfolks - - - When one California democratic representative can have $20 million transferred to the campaign of a new Colorado democratic representative for his first election, I thought why? He was always the frontrunner and nearly lost after the transfer......but that is how you neuter a new congressman who might stand up too the status quo. That is how you create straw folks.
Has anyone been following the kansas city southern ( KSC ) railroad , byby - out , stock remarket carnival - ? I have been trying to read on it some........ looks like that committee will get the price up for them---- but if your thinking propriety of the sale of a railroad to foreign ownership, or. protection of American economics or regulation or safety or national interest.............forget it and think about JBS packing meat in Texas...... The only worry is probably what is the approval going to cost. Canadian ownership has its hand in the trap...............................anyway I came up mentally lame trying to figure out a google search on the subject.....I assume the ability to ship direct Canada = Mexico so Canada can share the cheap manufacturing, is the goal but google is mixing up info that is 12 years old with todays news.

Re: More moisture
Hint - import rail containers reload in Canada , go to USA or Mexico , or vise versa , and the tracking is the baby in the bath water - - - Check with your fed - state reps and get their response , or has the Kansas City name plate lost it'$ lu$ter with the hu$h hu$h conversation of '' 1 '' occupant in the locomotive cab of a 200 car , 60 mph. freight - - ?
Why would share holders agree to this merger , ( 5 YEAR HIGH ) , without questions to conservative base that represents it - ? Maybe K Street ( DC ) should have an expediential review - - -
