NIA update
weather looks open all week.I thinking by weekend could be some field work taking place. So much for the late start and looking good for some big yields coming out of NIA.Took a road trip to the north into MN and WOW I could believe all the corn pile waiting to be cleaned up.A couple land sale in the last two months and hasn't lost a beat.Late buying of seed and fert were well worth the wait.Rents on the other hand didn't drop a bit.Things looking great again in NIA.

First time I've seen that show in a long time. Everyone's changed. I remember Pearson with real short hair, no? He's a regular showman now.

Re: NIA update
I just spoke to a trucker at a truck wash here in Nebraska and he said back home in North-West Iowa that water pipes 6 ft below ground were still frozen as of yesterday. Tell me again how you can do field work with frost 6 ft down??????

Re: NIA update
the only pile i was aware of was the one at rake. They normally make 3- 1 million bushel piles and only had one and that was not full to the top of the bunker. I agree rents did not go down. Not up either.
