The prime issue for the report will be if the trend for falling production continues, and a rough idea as to the extent, which I think will be still unclear at this stage.
On the other side of the equation will be trying to factor in the increasing demand by China for corn and soy as they continue to build huge herds of hogs. They are committed to that project and won't back off.
Balancing to a minor extent will be the amount of wheat going to feed. Poor quality in the Black Sea area will aid that effort.
