The trump administration claims the Phase One trade deal includes $32 billion (over the next two years) for agricultural products but withholds details "in order not to influence the commodity markets".
Or in other words, "give traders time to adjust their positions so they can take advantage of producers".
The truth is, $32 billion over two years is $16 billion per year or just about what they've been buying before the trade war got started.
On the other hand, who's looking a gift horse in the mouth? Be happy they've called a truce in this war, for at least the time being.
