Oklahoma actually looks?????

Take a minute to study the Oklahoma wheat report.

Findings for Oklahoma were released Tuesday night, too. Farmers in the Sooner State planted 5.3 million acres of wheat; the average yield from those acres is 18.52 bushels per acre for a total state production of 66.65 million bushels. Last year’s production was 115 million bushels.

Gives you an idea of how far off the Kansas tour is.  They should not be much different  except for I 70 northeast.

The market is not believing Kansas's 33 bu per acre.

Hobby, I've got "Peak Wheat".  The crop that is currently growing has to peek up at the tips of the corn stalks it was no-tilled into.

Re: Oklahoma actually looks?????

I think the reason for ok being so much lower tha ks is the ok whereat is farther along in maturity. Ks wheat may have more potential if ideal conditions prevail from here on out. We all know that won't happen so we lose yield each day. Ok has already lost that potential. I know what I want to say. But may not have made my thoughts real clear for which I apologize
