OptionEye....Jan 28th

Good morning.

Grains very quiet this morning.

Non farm payroll at the end of the week is what most traders are waiting for...some folks looking at GDP as well.

We have seen the equity market on a tear. I am a little cautious but the Fed activity of printing money will keep it going regardless.

Oil up a little. Gold is slightly lower.

Market expectations for GDP are all over the place but I am looking for something close to 1.75%. Not very good but that is the world we live in. The non farm payroll number is looking to be about 160k. We will need 4 to 5 years of 200k to get our unemployment rate down to 6.5%. (Currently its at 7.8%)

Let's see what the day brings.
