OptionEye Macro Outlook April 11th

Good morning.

Well, another week and more data. We get the WASDE today at 11:00 CST. Funds are short about 165k corn, 135k beans and pretty flat wheat long 8k.

Overnight corn is predictably steady easier, beans up 1 and wheat down 1.

The stock market is going to open a little lower as the S&P trades down 1.50 points and the Dow future down 5 points. Quiet all around.

The 10 year yield sits at 2.34% as the yield comes in on global bond buying. The German 10 year yield is .22%. yep, that's right, .22%.

Oil is basically unchanged at $53.03 down .05. Gold is up $1257.77 up $3.07.

Earnings season starts today. Should be an important one.

Today's data is thin. We get NIFB Small Business Optimism and JOLTS Job Openings.
