Good morning.
Good rains running through the midwest last night and the this morning. Corn steady to better, beans down 6 and wheat down 1.
Overnight crop conditions not shocking. Beans unchanged and corn down 1%.
Stocks are lower as well after yesterday's lackluster day. The S & P pointing to a lower opening by about 5 points. The 10 year yield is at 2.16% with virtually no real change from yesterday.
Oil is down again to $41.58 down .29 and gold is up $2.24 to $1119.95.
The dollar is unchanged at 96.80.
Today we get Housing Starts and Building Permits. Hopefully they can off set the bad Empire Manufacturing number we got yesterday.
