OptionEye Macro Outlook Aug 3rd
Good morning.
Overnight sees corn down 2, beans down 11, and wheat down 3 to 4.
The dollar still can't find its feet and trades at 92.91 which is slightly higher by .07.
The 10 year yield camping out, waiting for the jobs numbers. This morning it sits at 2.26%.
The stock market will open a little lower after yesterday's record close (again) with the S&P future down 2.50 points and the Dow future down 14.
The crude oil market is a bit higher this morning by .17 cents at $49.76. Gold is lower at $1262.34 down $4.30.
Today we get the Challenger Job Cuts, Initial Jobless Claims, Continuing Claims, the Bloomberg Consumer Comfort Index, Markit US PMI's, ISM, Factory Orders, Durable Goods and Capital Goods.
