OptionEye Macro Outlook August 16th
Good morning.
Corn and soybean conditions unchanged from last week. Overnight corn up 1, beans unchanged and wheat down 3.
Crude oil up again at $45.95 up .21 cents and still the darling of August. Gold also a stalwart upat $1352.98 up $13.53.
The 10 year moving around a bit but not really going anywhere. This morning the 10 year yield sits at 1.53%.
Stocks are setting the most uncelebrated all time highs and this morning look to open a tad lower. The S&P future is lower by 2 points and the Dow future is lower by 22 points.
The dollar is at 94.66 down .96. This should be supportive to commodities today. Not just gold.
