OptionEye Macro Outlook August 22nd
Much more autumnal this morning. Feels pretty good.
Overnight corn is lower by 2, beans are up 2 to 3 and wheat is down 4.
Stocks will be a little lower this morning as teh S&P is down by almost 5 points and the Dow future is lower by 48 points.
The 10 year yield is sitting at 1.58% and still looking for some direction. We get Janet Yellen speaking on Friday and I think that this contract will be in limbo until she has something to say either way.
The crude oil market is lower by $1.31 to $47.21, giving back some of last week's gains. Gold is lower as well at $1335.54 down $5.72.
Today we get the Chicago Fed Nat Activity Index.
