OptionEye - Macro Outlook - Dec. 29th
Good morning.
Stocks on the defensive this morning in early quiet traded. Europe is off with the Greece elections the main culprit.
The 10 year yield is climbing back down from its recent highs and stands at 2.22%.
Overning corn unchanged, beans up 4 and wheat up 8. Export duties in Russia the main driver in wheat.
Oil us up, yes up on Libyan conficts and oil fires. I think it will be short lived.
Gold is down $3.91 to $1192.09 and still hanging around that magical $1200 level.
The dollar is basically unchanged as well trading at 89.99 down .03.
No real economic news today as Oil, Greece and the Air Asia airling crash will dominate the headlines.
