Overnight grains were/are quiet. Corn down 1, beans up 1 and wheat down 5.
The 10 year yield slipped yesterday and today stands at 2.19%. I think with the drop in oil and commodities in general, this could ultimately trade below 2.00% but I am currently alone in my thoughts on that one.
Oil is lower again today but not by much. Currently oil is $53.39 down .22 cents.
Gold is up $1.87 to $1185.16 and has taken a back seat to the oil story all fall and winter so far.
Stocks are a little lower this morning as this lower oil hurts energy producers. The price paid at the pump might be offset by the overall stock market and your 401k.
The dollar is at 89.99 down .20.
Today we get the Case-Shiller Home price info.
