OptionEye Macro Outlook December 2nd
Non-farm payroll day.
Overnight we see corn up 2, beans up 1 and wheat up 4.
The equity markets will open lower today as the S&P future is trading down by over 5 points and the Dow future down by 27.
The big story is the bond market and the move that it has made. This morning the 10 year yield sits at 2.42%. Wasn't long ago that we saw this yield 100 basis points lower.
The oil market is backing off its highs this morning and trades at $50.49 down .57 cents. Gold is pretty much unchanged at $1172.05 up .29 cents.
The dollar is still strong at 100.93 down .11.
Today we get Non-farm payrolls, the Unemployment Rate and Average Hourly Earnings.
