OptionEye - Macro Outlook - Nov. 20th
Fed minutes were not shocking. Stocks trading lower today with the S & P future down about 8 points. The rhetoric just continues to unimpress.
Overnight grains corn up 1, beans up 4 and wheat down 2. News is thin.
Oil is up .27 cents to $74.85 as it tries to find legs above $75.
Gold can't get above $1200 and now sits at $1192.43 up $9.71.
The 10 year yield, even after the Fed minutes yesterday is pretty much unchanged. It sits at 2.32% which is far below where most economists thought we would be this time of year.
The dollar is up .09 to 87.74.
Today we get Consumer Prices, Initial Jobless, Markit PMI and Existing Homes Sales so we definitely will have something to get our teeth into.
