OptionEye - Macro Outlook - Sept. 1st
Happy September and it looks to be starting off with a bang.
Dow futures down 332 points. The S & P future is down almost 42 points. Europes Stocks off basically just over 2.00% across the board. Here we go again.
Overnight grains kept their cool. Corn down 2, beans down 4 and wheat up 2.
Oil is lower by .85 cents to $48.35 and gold is higher on global news at $1142.32 up $7.52.
The 10 year yield is stuck at 2.16% waiting jobs and the Fed.
This Friday's jobs numbers will be a big influence.
Today we get Markit US Manufacturing PMI, Construction Spending and ISM Manufacturing. Lots to chew on while the stocks and oil continue the wild ride.
