OptionEye Macro Outlook - Sept. 2nd

Good morning.

Overnight a little quieter as China is on holiday.

Corn down 1, beans up 1 and wheat down 1. Pretty steady.

Stocks in China closed so we see the US market pointing to slightly higher opening after yesterday's near 300 point rise in the Dow. This morning the Dow futures are up 53 points and the S & P future is up 6 points.

The 10 year yield also waiting on tomorrow's jobs numbers and sits at 2.17%.

Oil is pretty much unchanged at $46.18 down .07 cents. I am getting the feeling that all the markets are tired and are saving themselvews for tomorrow's employment numbers.

Gold is lower by $7.32 to $1126.76.

We get Initial Jobless, Continuinig Claims, Markit US PMI, Bloomberg Consumer Comfort Index and ISM Non-Manfucturing Composite.

Tomorrow is going to be the day.
