Re: Palouser ?

What is happening is INDEX length keeps wheat higher than would be otherwise.

Until they "come out?

Re: Palouser ?

OnceArond..you know that Arti has trouble actually finding the data. For your information, and I think it valuable, as of 6/15/10.

Chicago SRW:

Comm's = net short 113000 cars  (565 mil bu about 50% of the carryout hmm)

Index Fund (swap dealers) - net LONG 185000

Spec Funds (managed money) = net SHORT=47000

Others= irrelevant

Corn:

Comm's = net short 294000 cars  (1.5BIL BU = 100% of carryout)

Index Fund (swap dealers) - net LONG 390000

Spec Funds (managed money) = net LONG =32000

Others= irrelevant

Beans:

Comm's = net short 104000 cars   (520mil bu OR 1.5X the carryout...hmmmm)

Index Fund (swap dealers) - net LONG 145000

Spec Funds (managed money) = net LONG =13000

Others= irrelevant

Since producers have 100%of the carryout hedged for c/sb, who exactly

will be forced to sell before late summer? Specs on good weather,

or no one if weather becomes a concern. The charges are packed, will

anything start the fuse? just thoughts
