Poll: How much 2010 corn do you have left to sell?

Shipped 3 loads today, have 2 more loads sold for last week Feb.  Have been steadily selling.  About 1/2 left.  Not in a rush, but will sell a bit at a time with the idea of being gone by July.

My corn is weighing 59 pounds and is just over 15% moisture.  Quite a few fines but I'm not getting docked (the vac cleans it up a bit, I think).

John, I answered truthfully, but I wish you would have included an answer to the effect of "None Of Your Danged Business!"

John As these readers know. I sold most of my 2010 crop and 60% of my projected 2011 crop at least a buck a bushel ago. I did that so that cattle feeders and hog producers could get a bargain price on their feed grains.

Unfortunately, I have 4795 bushels of corn over run from my bin storage yet to sell. I think local corn price is about $6.40 and so i must wait until the market delines by at least a dollar. I want my friends in the hog and cattle business to thrive and hopely their lower production costs will be reflected in the price of the Filet Mignon that I buy at the local Longhorn restaurant. Oh yes, They wrap a slice of bacon around the beef to give it flavor. So, I am helping both the beef and pork people.

$5 per bushel is my target.   heh  Heh   ( laughing maniacly)

If you rented out your land you could use hindsight to price rent, and you could post date  it.  You could then tell everyone how much more rent you get then others.
