Yes, the direct payments are cut.
Now, thinking about what we should charge the govt. if they want us to report our crops? Maybe they no longer care since the USDA reports are losing their credability anyhow. No dcp, why bother reporting? Information has value.
No interest in the crop insurance racket.

How awesome would that be? Farming for nearly 30 years without collecting any type of subsidized crop insurance. You feller's should thank your lucky stars you aren't impacted by drought the way the Central Plains are. I've only been farming for about a third of that time frame and have collected more years than I haven't, and until last year I never raised any water hog crops.
