Reading charts and gaps left price actions
Got a question. CH1 (corn chart for March corn). For the night trade the charts show a much smaller gap whereas the day trade charts show Friday's limit up as a gap and Monday's action as a open gap also. I would presume to just use the Night gap and darts. What's the general rule? On a correction the gap is or isn't filled. I know that's righr! HAHA! More margin please!

I don't think gaps have any meaning. Some say the will FILL! That is simply statistics , markets fluctuate so by nature many gaps fill. The one that doesn’t kills you so there is no value.,

In a commodities class I took years ago the instructor stated all gaps fill, but not neccessarily within the life of the contract.
How's that for double talk.
