Re: Rut Roh

Although I can quite easily conjure up a scenario where large farmers in particular do quite well during the collapse of America.

Might even eat weiners   in skyboxes at the games while watching the patriotic pageantry.

Re: And it doesn't help that we have ....

CDC has New York at 51,000 deaths and New Jersey at 19,000.  What went wrong there, is that where they sent home infected people at first so that the hospitals would not be overrun.  Maybe those governors and the mayor on NYC should be held responsible.   Also found out for an average day in the US, 7,805 people on average die each day in the US.  Could not find a breakdown of deaths for 2019 and causes. If anybody could post that, it would help.

A shred of truth in all your assertions. Although it must require daily cleansing to keep your mind so spotless.

A very cursory examination suggests that with current genetics, Russian soy potential might be limited to an additional 10M HA or so.

Although the resulting 20 mmt of beans wouldn’t be insignificant.

Re: And it doesn't help that we have ....

Was a real bummer for the oligarchy to lose the Ukraine Vally, also known not that long ago as The Breadbasket of Europe, in the USSR breakup.

So they’ve had to do workarounds to buy a bunch of it, but they do run into competition.

Can’t fight ground wars without the “-stans” to conscript troops from. Can’t grow beans in Siberia. Can’t compel order in Chechnya by taking everything away from somebody who has nothing to begin with.
