I wonder if China`s "1 child" policy is starting to catch up with them. But 7.7% growth and that isn`t enough, wow. It`s kind of went parabolic, if you look at 2002 China`s GDP was $1.5 trillion, now it`s $7.5 trillion, pretty much matches yr for yr the value increase in farmland. A farm selling for $1500/acre in 2002 is probably selling for $7500/acre today.
