Short beans poor stand can they recover?

2019.JPGIs it even worth combining?

Planted April 22nd 150,000 per acre. Laid in the ground till the end of May cold and wet down to a 80,000 stand almost replanted. Then it turned hot and dry for all of June and they didn't grow.  I had about given them up as a lost cause. Finally it started raining again in July and same thing as May it rained a lot.

Went out to do a yield check 3X3 square 16 plants (pathetic) so I pulled three this was the first one.  I pulled the leaves off to count the pods.  Got about half done and decided the info was too far off to be of any use.

Yes........ depending on where they are ....... sw ks they will have somemore growth....

(yet we are 20 degrees below average temps today)

North dakota probably wont make much but a 15-20 bushel may be a pretty good crop in some areas north.

Looks to me they already did/are.

If you don't want to harvest them let me know, I'll be able to get a combine there ...probably in 2 hrs or less.

When you start combing you might be surprised how much you get. Chin up.
