There is a chance the government shutdown could disrupt the livestock futures that are settled on a cash index. Why? Because the index is settled off of local prices gathered by the USDA.

lln50nwin, I don't watch Fox News. But talked to my insurance agent. Insurance WILL cost more. Everyone will be required to have maternity care, mental health, chemical dependency wether it needed or not. I've already got my letter from my insurance carrier saying my insurance premium will be going up 25% this year. The will only be the first of huge price increases as the cost to insure those will pre exsisting conditions is going to be huge. The only ones to benefit from ACA are those with low enough incomes to qualify for Govt insurance.... Which the policies on the exchange are not as good as those available privately. So before you start calling people liars maybe you better check your facts.

Aca will cost people more in premiums. Ours is going up. By the way, if it is so good why is the dictator himself not on it? Also, some might learn something if they watched some news outlets that are not controlled by the White House.
