Site Problems

The community portion of this site still has a problem, and it sucks.  It affects people who have been here quite a long time, me included.  AND, it affects new or occassional people who visit this place using a similar browser, or whatever is the problem, and those are people who won't even make an attempt to try some other browser.to see if it works better.  If it is not fixed, it is not good customer service and it is not good business.  Having stuggled with this for basically an entire month, it really seems no attempt is actually being made to correct the problems.

btw...there really is no excuse, this is SIMPLE stuff. I mean really simple.

Sorry to hear you are still having problems in the forums. We are continually making changes to improve the community on the new site. Yesterday, we made some upgrades so that the screen is no longer full size and the text on the left-hand side isn't running into the edge of the page.

What other specific issues are you having?

For me the pages are still two screens wide.  Dragging back and forth gets to be a pain.  When I click on message list it takes me back six years.

For me on a galaxy5 when I try to post it almost always says an unexpected error occurred, so go to login and a bunch meridith crap covers up the user name blank and if you try to enter something it takes you somewhere else on their site

I use my laptop with a blow up monitor at the desk and have been living with it but the trafic in the "Community" is so light I seldom check in..  And that might be good for the site.... but after reading this thread I went out and spent a few minutes trying to access from a smartphone (like I do in summer) .................... It is impossible to participate or log in.....

Time's right   simple stuff and inexcusable...

If all you are getting are 5 old retired guys who have their desk tops next to the social securty check pile and plugged into the same outlet as the coffee pot and oxygen pump........... not gonna be much worth reading.......  and not gonna be anybody younger reading

This should have been fixed with the changes yesterday. Can you take a screenshot and send it to me so we can see the issue?
