Re: Site Problems

2:30 a.m., Friday 4-22-16 -- still a problem, still same problem, this screen is too wide, I can type this message and read this message as I type, but when I type to here, screen just keeps scrolling to right and can't read what was at the beginning.  Screen appears to be about 3 screens wide.  Can scroll left and right to see it, but not very functional.  Then in order to hit "post", I had to scroll back to the right to find where to click.

Don't know what is different than yesterday or the day before, doesn't look any different to me.

When I'm looking at the listing of posted messages, under Marketing, for example -- I can see the list of topics, but I have to scroll to the right to see who wrote them and when.  If I want to select a specific message from a specific author, I have to scroll left and right to figure out which one is the right one, but can't see the topic and the author at the same time on the same screen T O O  W I D E -- I have to line up the author with the top of my screen, then scroll to the left to find the correct message to select by clicking on it.  Still same as yesterday and day before and week before that, etc.

Re: Site Problems

Thanks for the screenshot of how the text is overlapping.

Unfortunately the community looks different on different browers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.) and it looks different on different versions of these browers. So while we are testing how the community looks, we do miss some of the weird quirks that appear in different browers.

Re: Site Problems

We got some feedback on the best browsers to use for a consistent and reliable experience in community. We recommend using the latest releases of the following browsers:

  • Chrome
  • Firefox
  • Internet Explorer 9, 10 or 11
  • Safari
  • Microsoft Edge

If you're using an outdated browser, that could explain some of the width issues or other quirks that we aren't able to replicate.

Re: Site Problems

Jessie -- I downloaded Chrome, and that works, but I don't normally use Chrome.  I have been already using IE 11, and this site still didn't work for me on IE 11 (all current updates) just a little while ago.

Re: Site Problems

Using IE 11   No wrapping happening, so its about 4 or 5 screens wide.  I dont even try to see anything.  To frustrating and waste of time.  Go to http://beta.agriville.com/forums/7-commodity-marketing    they know how to do it.

Re: Site Problems

We are having issues with IE 11 and are working to resolve those. In the meantime, I would recommend using another browser, if you don't mind.

Thanks!

Re: Site Problems

somehow I don't think getting us all to change browsers is the answer to a website that has problems....

Good morning,

The login issue on mobile devices has been fixed. You should be able to login without any issues.

Thanks!
