So going forward for the 5 yr dollar bull run, coincidently coincides with the farm bill time frame. Generally grains has an inverse reaction. The new farm bill requires a crystal ball for the safety net. PLC or ARC???

Very good and practical question. I'll study that, see if I can submit an informed opinion.

Its a two edged sword. With the dollar gaining strength the extra dollars floating around will buy more. Problem us there's so many dollars is there enough stuff to buy?

The greater intermediate risk is whether it becomes a self perpetuating trend as a syntheitic short squeeze on everyone who has borrowed in USD terms becomes self reinforcing.
That's the more cogent criticism of QE- etc, that it $trillions of that globally.
