Storm Saturn , impact on wheat

Looking at the website, it goes not seem like there was much snow in the Wheat growing areas, yet wheat collapsed close to 3 pct ytday. Did it already move over Kansas etc....? 

Any info much appreciated.

Market was likely trading the next weather event, which has significant moisture in the form of rain for those dry wheat areas.

Kansas hasn't received any moisture for over a week. Rain in forecast for coming weekend.

South central Kansas had 20 inches of snow in the past week and a half in 2 storms.

You are correct, Central Kansas has received over 20" as well, but 0 moisture for the last week.
