Ray, I have a hard time thinking we can short two crops back to back that hard.    I am thinking we come in more in the 140-145 range if we can get some more normal weather until October. 

 

The worry out here is 30 inches of rain since March might have done an number on available N left for the plant.  At least the heat makes the corn look better for now.

The usda answer ---------------------NO MATTER HOW HOT, HOW DRY, EARLESS, BROWN, DISKED UNDER, FLOODED, YELLOW,  UNPOLINATED, SIZE OF THIS CROP DOES NOT MATTER.-------- BUT WOW, WAIT TIL YOU SEE THE NEXT CROP IT'LL BE SO BIG, YOU CAN'T BELIEVE HOW BIG,  BIGGER THAN BIG,  BIGGER THAN EVER RECORDED BIG--
