Nothing in the US matches the labor inflation of the work force in education probably 300+% increase in cost per skill taught.

Re: Inflation, labor shortage? Take a look ....
Inflation, labor shortage? Take a look at the age class distribution of the US population. Historically, the distribution of the US population was more or less pyramid-shaped with more younger people than older gradually tapering off as older people left the population (died). With a little exception in the 25-29 year class, the current population distribution looks like a brick on end with a tiny little pointy top.
There are two competing factors, more people living longer and fewer babies being born. The simple fact is, that population of unemployed slackers you keep trying to force back into the workforce are women of childbearing age with children. That's it, boy, you want them to work provide them with child care but you might better let them stay home, support them, and let them raise their children.
The other alternative is to let more immigrate.
Sorry but it's not a question of politics as much as a simple demographics & economic realities.

Sheesh.
Anybody ever hear an apology from all the Ususal Suspects who were hysterical about the coming hyperinflation '09-'12?
Or for that matter, Milton Friedman, over the unprecedented Reagan deficits.
I know real world evidence does not stand up well against Just Knowing Because My Trusted Sources Told Me, but anyway.
Feels much more like we're slipping back into the same 'ol secular stagnation that even the massive Trump deficits weren't able to overcome.
Rich folks love that- low interest rates mean high asset values, etc. And if they can keep The Folk distracted over other urgent matters they might even run away with everything.

The last refuge of scoundrels.
I don’t know how the economic situation is going to play out, I’m just making my guess based on real world evidence.
Inflation/deflation and a great deal more can have a profound effect on people outside the womb.
Who, I know, are on their own.

For better or worse, you’re not interested in paying the long term costs of fetuses that are being aborted.
I am very interested in helping to pay some of the costs for families that want to have a few, or a bunch.
Although that would include non-white families. Sorry.
