Form CCC633EZ

I just called my local FSA office and they said that if LDP's come into play, that form CCC633EZ must be signed before losing ownership of the grain.  This would include puting the crop on Delayed Price.

Also when the grain is brought in for sale or DP the weigh slips will need to be turned into the office ASAP.

Thanks chipster!  There are some days when I don't want to run down the facts.

Re: The "free market"

I don't think the LDP replaces ARC and PLC, but is in addition to those.

My understanding is that LDP kicks in if prices get to around $5.00 for beans and $1.95 for corn.

Please correct me if anything above is wrong.

Re: The "free market"

As I remember the loan price is set on a county level, reflecting the loan rates set there. I'm on a state line and can get a different loan rate depending on which side of the line I have grain stored.
