I think we will see another 15 to 20% increase in farmland values for 2013. This is around a $2,500/acre increase just for 2013, from $12,500/acre in 2012 to $15,000/acre in 2013. This is for 83+ CSR Rated Iowa dirt.

Pupdaddy, you're right. Most of the liberals aren't any better. Bill mahr and rachel  maddow are just as foolish and way more condescending than the conservative half-wits.  I'd guess that common sense isn't all that common anymore.

Let me ask the necessary question on this thread.

 Since we have only have the socialist press praising our "president"  and the whining pundent parade preaching "the end is near", Is everybody watching bloomberg and BBC,  not watching much of anything,  or reading each other and SF for news info ???

I'm busy enough that I don't watch a lot of news television. Mainly SF, radio & computer news feeds.
