They still must count as good to excellent condition, though! Never mind they have a super short growing season.

I'LL BE WAITING ON THE FRONT PORCH

I'LL BE WAITING ON THE FRONT PORC

Yes very true.  Question becomes  heating dgreee days are catching up, if July is nice,  it might not have much risk to the composite crop.  I if we have average Wx from here on out, what could be the Quanitity risk to the composite crop?

Re: I'LL BE WAITING ON THE FRONT PORCH

Has anyone else noticed that the rain has shut off?  The last week or so, all it is is scattered areas of thunderstorms.  Saw a guy putting NH3 on last night - sidedress.  Lots of dust coming from the bar - the most dust I've seen on a tillage type unit this spring.  6-10 and 8-14 give a reason for hope that the rain in the bulk of the corn belt continues.  Hopefully, the forcasters are right.  This next 4 weeks will tell a good part of the story.  I'm thinking dryer than the extended forcast maps are showing.  But we'll see.
