Generally it is better to be a seller of options ahead of a report than a buyer because vol is high.
I had previously lifted the lower leg of put spreads and later rolled the higher ones up. Missed this morning on some orders to resell some OTM puts and pulled them.
Being in a position where you're just fine either way is ok, sometimes a lot better than jumping back into the pan
