Personal responsibility- if you were greedy and didn't sell stocks and bonds that were a gift because management was pumping the stocks so they could cash their incentives- it is your problem.

If you're their lenders and let them, same.

Not to mention that a fair portion of that cash was from tax breaks, which have limited our fiscal capacity to give them a handout.
