Re: USDA Report Preview

The govt keeps subsidizing for more corn tonnage

That's kinda 2 bad because over time their farmers lost the ability true farming ( diversity ) and they are now mostly just welfare queens for corn mostly.

Never get in bed W a giant oily  govt.

Re: USDA Report Preview

We could only cross are fingers and hope.  Last year over 10million less acres and more pp than ever before and the markets didn’t give farmers 0.10c.  So as long as they don’t go down by more than 0.10c with 10mil more acres of predictable acres it’s justified.  No mfp this year no pp payments, most would say without at least another dollar added on farmers are f’d anyway.  Waiting to see how many guys pull away from corn all together.  Just basic math shows it’s a loss for most.

95 million acres of corn, 85 million acres of soybeans : "Man proposes, God disposes".

95 million acres of corn, 85 million acres of soybeans,  "Man proposes, God disposes"

As I have said previously, we only get one chance to capture, harvest & store this season's photosynthetic solar radiation.  And we have to plant it in order to harvest it.

Besides, the only thing for sure anymore is: "death & taxes".

Re: USDA Report Preview

Obviously Uncle Sam will be passing out plenty of dough for more corn.  Again.

Can't blame folks for taking dough from Sam.

Niether know the difference and Niether know better.
