..there seems to be adequate response here but im gonna put in my 2 cents anyway.  farmers tend to ignor this stuff..DO NOT IGNOR THIS..if u recieved a letter, seek a competent Bankrupcy attny.  if you sold them corn, as i did, in the 90 day "look back" period, i fully expect to prove that the transactions were in the normal course of business and not preferential and will pay them nothing.  Bottom line...know and trust who you deal with.

just a note of warning oldken..if you as you stated in the above reply be prepared to defend yourself in court with deep pockets...that is what many of these cases depend on, who has the deep pockets and generally speaking the farmer can't holdout..they will come after whatever farm assets youy have
