Ukraine Officials says that at least 1 mln tons of garins is rained away last day,, to that i will add that normaly Ukraine and Russia harvest very dry kernels ...around 14%...so the capacity they have to store wet grains is limited!!
Also....when problems are admitted , the problems are bigger and not smaller than it sounds!!!
They had desert last year and now wetlands.....not easy to farm everytime!!!
France have bad yieds but good qualty!!
