What has the Internet meant to you?

Before smart phones, if you were at a boring party (that your wife forced you to go) you`d sit there like a dunce, envious of the smokers that had an "excuse" to leave for a few minutes.   Now I`m not afraid of any boring party, so long as my phone has battery   🙂

Lucky you.  I'm not allowed on my phone at parties, no matter how boring they are.  So I'm still stuck in the corner.  Maybe I should try a watch.  Nah, they are so small that I wouldn't be able to read one.

It means I can look up the pain I'm having in my chest, have it tell me I may be having a heart attack and get help immediately, and I then drive myself to the hospital only to call my wife who yells at me for driving,  then spend a day in the er and then get an $18000 helicopter ride, and a trip through the Cath lab, to find out I have re flux and I can make an EKG look like I'm having a heart attack. I did learn that I have high cholesterol though .

Seems  ,  personal , socialite -  behaviors  &  antics , have  taken  a  more  noticeable  -  cautious  path -  maybe ?

I am in French Polenesia.

I am again sitting on the deck of an overwater bungalow, this time on Tikehau last time it was Bora Bora.

Google Tikehau Pearl Beach Resort.  Snorkeling and scuba divers paridise.

Tonight will be night #15 in the islands.

This all because of research done on the internet. Package bought on/through the internet.

I really thought there would be a little rally in grain prices while we were "out and about", boy was I wrong (again). Really thought I'd be selling grain through an internet connection while gone.  But alas will be returning to Poverty flats in South Podunk Country just a little lighter in the hip pocket but still heavy in the bin.

Even sat here and watched the Superbowl on a Hulu internet connection.

Game was great for a Chiefs fan, nail biting, even almost to point of no hope left .

Half time proves Jeffrey Epstein is alive. Nothing short of pornographic, the way it started I said all they need is a pole. Walaa they then had that too, then bring out all those young girls in their angelic costumes and ... Well just absolutely pathetic.

And yes I'm serious.
