Cx1--pardon my ignorance, but what do you mean by 7.27 downtrend line by weeks end? Thanks for your analysis as we all like to roll some ideas around in our minds. Could have gotten my objective today as the trade went through my order only to find basis had been set back a dime. Should have locked in basis last week.

please---any technical ignorance your refering to I more than make up for with all you do farming, including knowing what basis is doing.....this helps our side, too.

On the Corn chart the steepest down-trendline intersects 7.27 price on Fri....a little higher Th, lower next week, etc. Hope this makes sense.

What is important to me.... Is the time right for a turn and does the macd confirm it. If so as long as the macd posture doesn't change all that is necessary is has the time changed. If either the macd or time has changed then it is decision time. Time changed just a bit ago and macd confirmed it so the stop location is confirmed and the support level is confirmed. Ride the time until macd or time is over. jmo

Guys, The markets are a timing thing........I definately don't understand forks, triangles or spoons for that matter.......just let us know when to sell!!!!

My settlement price was no where near my prediction.    Overall, I had a good day but had to get in and out many times today.

ok roarintiger1--I think i figured it out.

use a fork to eat solid food, spoon for soups and sauces.

you'll only see lines on my charts. triangle-ish figures might start to appear if 2 lines are converging

most tech people use MACD, stochastics, RSI, moving averages, any many more bells & whistles, as they are called
