Re: Where is this bumper crop coming from.

8-14 goes out to July 9 and looks pretty benign.

That can change but if we get there it is getting harder to get enough of a stretch to hurt corn very much.

Beans are different, and we'll just have to see.

BTW, anybody hearing any mid-south SRWW yields?

Re: Where is this bumper crop coming from.

I just wonder what the basis is In Hawaii?

Raising pineapple and macadamia nuts
starting to look better. Remember years
Ago. "C&H sugar from Hawaii"

Maybe be neighbors to roseanne.

Couldn't be any worse than what we have
Now

Re: Where is this bumper crop coming from.

I just got back from a drive from eastern Iowa via I-80 to Denver, I-25 and then SE to Dallas, US75/69 to I49 to KC and then home.

Everywhere the windshielld tour showed green, even stands.  Corn was tasseling in north Texas.

Re: Where is this bumper crop coming from.

The pictures I have got from some good friends from IL -- looks as good as it could get ! from north central IL to Central IL to Western IL and to the south = great , From my area - corn looks good - but has corn affected from heavy rain = no record - but if we keep this up should be some good bu.s . Reports out of LA - pretty good along with MS = good early bus.

Re: Where is this bumper crop coming from.

Rumor has it that marijauna is a leading cash crop in Hawaii.  Wouldn't count on too big of an acreage shift to corn there.
