Hmm... just the reverse of the China syndrome.
China bans something and there is a big price drop.
Russia bans something and there is a nice price rise.

Who cares?
Russia been around for bout 1,300 years and likely to keep on keepin on for another 1,300.
i tend to feel the ussr is basically drought proof.
course since they get their other supposed "priorities" in the way of agri there...they'll never really produce anything anyway. MO
