The best we can hope for from this emergency is that the shale frackers are so damaged that when it's all over there will be a gap in the fuel supply that we can fill with all that corn already in bins.

That the USA does not follow their clean air mandate law onrequiring 10% ethanol in gas. 

Chicken sheet no try country. 

Rins tickets should have never been. 

Refinery waivers,  should not exist either. 

Basically China now likes cleaner air. 

So China will buy the USA ethanol and use it.
