Well, we`re in the midst of scary times right now, some folks react by becoming introverted like a rabbit petrified with fear that the hounds might see them. This market just offers just a little too little that it`s hard to jump on. But it sawtooths downward making that last offer look so good that you kick yourself for not pulling the trigger on a sale. Kind of like the "girls all get prettier at closing time". There must be a comfortable enough supply that the market has that luxury. One guru was saying the last time there was this supply of beans was in `06 I think and the price was $6.50. Well we got a long summer ahead and if there isn`t some bailout drought or something this is going to get ugly and scray. Some say "put everything in the bin and don`t sell anything until spring of 2016" perhaps good advice if you have the war chest to do it.
